Vision

Art teaching and learning in Changkat Primary advocates a holistic and interdisciplinary approach. It promotes the idea that knowledge is not compartmentalized but is inter-related. Whilst the teaching of art will encourage discovery of talents for the mass and provide more opportunities for practice and competitiveness for those who have been well-exposed to the subject, pupils need to be equipped with basic visual skills such as the elements and principles of art to be able to appreciate the processes and thinking that are involved in producing works of art.
