| Beginning Teachers' Induction Programme |
|
Teachers new to the school are taken through an induction programme to help them adapt to the school culture. Mentors are also assigned to them to guide them in their professional growth.

The school involves all teachers in fortnightly Professional Development sessions whereby teachers get to work in teams to develop lessons infusing thinking skills. This platform enables teachers to exchange ideas and helps the school permeates a thinking culture.
The VP also led a team of teachers on a study trip to Melbourne, Australia in Jun 2007. The focus of the study trip was to look at the thinking programmes, professional development and character development programmes. The teachers came back and share their learning experiences with the staff at Contact Time.

In June, staff went on a trip to JB and visited the local farms. Not only was it an educational trip, it was indeed great bonding time for all staff including the non-teaching staff.

| Teachers' Day Dinner |
|
Prior to the Teachers' Day Dinner, teachers played the 'Angel & Mortal' game fro a month. At the dinner, colleagues revealed themselves as angels who had been caring for their friends. It was indeed heart-warming to feel the care and share spirit in the atmosphere.
